Barfield and Eastern Update
So we are well on our way to completing our latest project, 2754 Barfield Dr. SE. We have officially had all the walls opened up and ready to go for the engineered beams to go in as well as having the rest of the demo done in the bathrooms and basement. It is crazy how much this house has come along in such a short period of time. Here are some pictures of the demo and the framing for the new openings and new bathrooms. I am expecting to have this house on the market at the end of March! Now lets see if we can stick to that deadline. Also, Eastern is now under contract and is PENDING! We were very excited to get this deal done and are just happy that someone was able to walk in that house and love it. Staying busy with all of the work on the houses, continuing education, and the general contractor courses.
